We ship all our products using a variety of couriers and postal services. In our experience, these services have been very reliable – but if you have any issues, drop us a line here and we'll help you out. We take full responsibility for any missing orders.

Our shipping team takes special care to inspect, package and fully protect all products before sending them to you.

If you receive something that isn't up to scratch (or is in fact scratched), get in touch here with a photo of the issue within 30 days of receipt. Once we've confirmed that your product is defective or damaged, we'll either send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund.
